diet chart made for you. Following others diet chart is not gonna help you as you need to take into
account the requirements of your body.

1. Don’t just focus on the scale weight. Your weight might not fall down in numbers which may

disappoint you after being so obedient with your new lifestyle and following the diet plan religiously.
However, you may be losing your body fat but gaining more muscle weight which is good in a way.
So don’t give so much importance to just scale weight alone!


2. If you keep on cutting down your diet and feel proud of losing weight then this is a bad news! You

might be losing muscle weight instead of fat which means you are losing your strength instead of
the extra weight. This can also lead to low metabolic rate which means you will gain more with little
food.


3. Doing any exercise blindly is not gonna help you lose weight. Focus on specific exercises to lose
weight which are weight lifting and resistance training. These kinds of exercise helps to reduce fat and
increase muscle mass. These are also effective in terms of losing belly fat

4. Do not avoid eating fat. You may still need them in some portion to fulfill your daily requirement.
Also, eating food that doesn’t contain fats may lead to hunger and higher calorie intake.
